Why should we rent a Villa?

When are payments due?
In order to secure your booking an initial deposit of £100/$180 per week or part of is required. The balance, including the appropriate security deposit will be due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Do you provide TV's with Cable and DVD?
Yes. Our home has cable TV with DVD or VCR players in the Family Room, Lounge and Master Bedroom. A collection of DVD's/Video's is available for your convenience.
What amenities do you offer for families with babies?
We provide a Cot, High Chair, 2 Stair Gates and a selection of Toys for your convenience.
Who should I call if I need anything during my stay?
You can contact our Management Company 24 hours a day for emergencies and within normal working hours for general enquiries. The phone number and other contact details are located in the Villa Guest Book.
How far are you from Disney?
The Disney parks are a 15 minute drive from the Villa.
How far are you from Universal Studios?
Universal is just 20 minutes from the Villa.
How far are you from Sea World?
Sea World is just a 20 minute drive from the Villa.
How far are the beaches?
Daytona Beach & Cocoa Beach to the East and Clearwater to the West are both equidistant from the villa. Approximately 85 miles - 90 minutes drive.
Do you offer daily cleaning services?
Your villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. Daily/mid stay cleaning services are not available.
Do you have laundry facilities on-site?
Yes we do. We have a washing machine and dryer in the Laundry Room of the villa. Also provided is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Which direction does the pool face?
The pool is South facing.
Do you provide linens and towels during our stay?
Yes. The villa has an extensive supply of linen and towels for your convenience.
What amenities are offered for our children?
The Villa is equipped with various games to suit all ages and interests. Including a DVD player with an assortment of films.
What restaurants are nearby?
There are plenty of dining options very close to the Villa. We have lots of suggestions, if you are interested. We would be happy to let you know of some of our favourites.
What medical services are nearby?
There are Walk-In Emergency Facilities within minutes of the Villa and numerous 24hour Drug Store/Chemists. If unsure please contact the Management Company
How far are you from the Airport?
The Villa is easily accessible from:
Orlando International (MCO)
Orlando Sanford (SFB)
Tampa International (TPA)
For journey times and directions select the appropriate airport.
NOTE:The I4 can be very busy during morning and evening rush hours. The fastest route is via Toll Roads, please make sure you have sufficient small change for Unmanned Toll Booths
